Our spacious apartment is located in the centre of Premstätten in an elevated site. A panoramic view to the South of Graz is waiting for you! Besides, our apartment is located in a quiet side road and features a terrace as well as an own garden which invites you to rest.
Our bright and light-flooded apartment consists of about 90 m² split into three sleeping rooms, a big eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a separate restroom. Besides, there are up to three parking spots available for free. One of them is roofed so that you always can unpack your car safely.
The second sleeping room is available from the third guest, the third one from the fourth guest.
Our apartments are fully equipped – everything is ready for your stay:

Although we have a heart for animals, we cannot allow pets (cats, dogs etc.) in the apartments.
Further information
You will be thrilled by the location of your apartment: Premstätten has excellent transport connections to the city Graz, the Graz Airport and many companies that are located nearby. On the one hand, you can reach the highway junction Graz-West within about 5 minutes/3.7 km. On the other hand, all daily necessities can be found directly near the apartment: a number of restaurants, cafés and shops as wells as pharmacy and medical centre can be reached by foot within a few minutes. In the local bakery which is open from 5 am, you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. You can find all the directions in the apartment.
Public transportation (bus or train) is accessible by foot. If you do not want to use public transport, the local shuttle service (Taxi +43504080) will take you to your destination.

Many companies have settled in the southern suburbs of Graz ,like AMS-Osram AG (1.3 km) Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH (4.1 km) as well as Cargo Center Graz – a perfect connection is guaranteed! Other companies like AMS Motor Service, Isovalta, Rauch and Wagner, Iveco Austria, Mossier and Lenhart, Frikus and many more are easily accessible as well!
Leisure
Our location is the perfect starting point to explore Styria and experience a lot.
You can get to many recreation areas like Schwarzlsee (Lake Schwarzl, 2.5 km), Copacabana in Kalsdorf (6.6 km) and the Murauen (meadows near the river Mur, 8 km for rowing and kayaking) within a short time.
Besides, our apartment is located right next to the “Erzherzog Johann” bike path (R9 Tour of Styria). This way, you can access many bike paths along the river Mur up to the Slovenian border. Forget about your worries and relax!
Especially for our young guests, but also for the ones young at heart, we want to mention Jump 25 (3 km), Stunt.at adrenaline park (3 km) and the paintball action around Lake Schwarzl.
