Our PM-APART Ries “Rosina“ is located in the northeast of Graz on a hill with a beautiful panoramic position near the LKH Graz (public hospital) and the Graz Ragnitz Private Hospital.
The guest house was founded many years ago and is now a historic institution in Graz-Ries. PM-APART has been running the house since 2021 and we are welcoming guests since then!
The houses‘ country style spirit and flair will still rejoice visitors of Graz and Styria in the coming years.
Our 10 rooms are waiting to welcome you four a stay in a special location – the following options are available for you:
- 2 single rooms
- 4 double rooms
- 2 Deluxe double rooms with a balcony
- 1 single-room apartment with a balcony and a double bed
- 1 double-room apartment with a double bed or two single bed, a sleeping couch for one person and a tea kitchen
The house is also equipped with a common room with a kitchen, sports and fitness equipment and a big screen TV.
This is the perfect starting point for you to explore Graz and Styria!
Although we have a heart for animals, pets (cats, dogs etc.) are not allowed in the apartments.
Twin/Double room
Our twin/double rooms consist of a sleeping room with two separate single beds, a table and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The separate beds can be out together to a comfortable double bed upon your request.
Deluxe double room
Our two Deluxe double rooms consist of a spacious sleeping room with a double bed, a table and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The special highlight are the balconies with a beautiful panoramic view.
Single-room apartment for 2 people
Our single-room apartment consists of a sleeping room with a double bed, a kitchenette, a table and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The special highlight is the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view.
Double-room apartment for 3 people
Our double-room apartment consists of a sleeping room with two single beds or a double bed, a living room with a sleeping couch for 1 person, a kitchenette, a table and a TV, a bathroom with a shower as well as a separate restroom.
Single room
Our two single rooms consist of a sleeping room with a table and a TV as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. At one of the rooms, the restroom for exclusive usage is located in the corridor.
