Our PM-CityAPART is located right next to Lendplatz (Lend square), one of the most popular and exciting places in the city centre of Graz. 5 apartments for 2 to 6 people are available for you!
Thanks to their central location right in the inner city of Graz, our apartments are the perfect starting point to explore Graz. Many sightseeing attractions like the Schloßberg (Castle Hill), the Murinsel (Island in the Mur), the Art Museum “Friendly Alien” or the Hauptplatz (Main Square) are accessible by foot within a few minutes. You can also spend exciting evenings on Lendplatz itself with its restaurants, bars and cafés and regular events like concerts.
If you prefer to use public transportation to get to explore Graz, our apartments offer the perfect location as well. Many bus lines have a stop at Lendplatz and you can also get to a tramway station in a few minutes. If you travel by train, you can get to the apartments with a short bus drive from Hauptbahnhof (Main Station).
Our apartments are fully equipped – everything is ready for your stay:

Although we have a heart for animals, pets (cats, dogs etc.) are not allowed in the apartments.
Josefigasse APT 1
Double-room apartment for up to 6 people (max. 5 adults). Sleeping/living room with kitchenette and a sleeping couch for 2 people, sleeping room with 3 single beds and 1 bunk bed for 1 child, 2 beds can be put together to a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. für bis zu 6 Personen (maximal 5 Erwachsene).
Prices include final cleaning, taxes and duties!

Double-room apartment for up to 4 people, dining room with a kitchenette, sleeping/living room with 1 double bed and a sleeping couch for 2 people, bathroom with shower and toilet.
